What data do Smulleart.com collect and how do I use it.
I do need your name, address, e-mail, and phone number. If you want to buy anything for my web shop, and you want it shipped to you. I collect this information for the shipping company.
Methods of collection
If you fill out the contact form. I do collect firtname and lastname and e-mail, and any additional information you choose to give me.
In the checkout I collect the necessary information for shipping your item, or for us to make an agreement about local pickup. Credit card information is going though Paypal.com. Please read their terms of service for more information. I have chosen Papal, for they heigh security implementations that keeps you as a customer save.
Customer communication
I use mail and phone number, only to provide updates about shipping and confirming order and payment. I will not send out advertisement on mail or phone. If you ask me any questions over mail or phone, I will replay you the same way as you contacted me.
If you by mail or texting or conversation tell me other information about yourself. I will not store that information.
If you want information about my information on you
Send me an e-mail, and I will tell you the information I have ‘stored’ (like: name, address, e-mail, and phone number). If you want me to delete all your information I will do so, by request.

My website is intended for people over 18 years of age. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
